"Future Financial Leaders"
Introducing the latest cohort of our prestigious Finance & Accounting Flagship Program, conducted in partnership with IE University. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, offering participants hands-on experiences, industry insights, and mentorship from seasoned professionals. Since its inception in 2021, the program has achieved remarkable success. Our comprehensive curriculum covers foundational principles in accounting and advanced concepts in finance, while emphasizing essential soft skills.
Practical information
The Altamayyuz Academy Flagship Program is divided into three modules made up of 10 units.
Participants will have one week of intensive study at the beginning of each module, followed by a two-day schedule (Wednesday and Thursday) for the remaining weeks. Depending on the module, Participants will be grouped together or divided into two groups.
Upon completion of the first two modules, Participants then select one of two tracks: banking and finance or accounting and auditing. The third module also introduces emerging financial concepts around fintech, governance and ethics, and green finance.
In addition to the practical subjects, the course also comprises behavior-driven behavior-driven learning designed to develop soft skills and supported by mentoring and career counseling.
Course outcomes
- You will be awarded a private Master's degree in Finance and Accounting accredited by IE University

Enrollment requirements
- Years of professional experience: 1 to 4
- Proficiency in English(IELTS,TOFEL,STEP)
- Demonstrated high potential
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a Major in finance, accounting, or business administration (note: non-business majors can be considered provided they have a minimum level of business acumen)
How is the program blended?
Three weeks of the program will be delivered face to face in Altamayyuz headquarter in Riyadh While the remaining weeks are virtual Every Wednesday and Thursday.
