How we operate
Altamayyuz Academy’s Board oversees the work of the Academy. The Board sets the strategic direction and through its three committees – the Executive Committee, the Technical Advisory Committee, and the Board Audit Committee – provides appropriate financial and operational oversight while ensuring that the Academy remains focused on delivering successful outcomes for its students, members and partners.
Each committee is comprised of representatives from the founding members and reports back to the Board.
Day-to-day running of the Academy is delegated by the Board to the leadership team under the Managing Director whose job is to deliver according to our mission statement.
